Aurora Vodka 40% ABV

We ferment sugar from sugar beet. Then distil in 200l stills, ensuring we separate the heads before collecting the heart of the spirit and filtering through charcoal and cutting back to 40% ABV before infusing with a flower and bottling. The end result is a super smooth premium vodka, which can be served neat over ice or mixed with tonic, lemonade or soda. When you do mix you will see the colour change from blue to pink.
