We ferment sugar from sugar beet. Then distil in 200l stills, ensuring we separate the heads before collecting the heart of the spirit and filtering through charcoal and cutting back to 40% ABV and bottling. The end result is a super smooth premium vodka, serve over ice or with a mixer of your choice.
