A wet one!

Good morning

It's a wet chilly start to the day..

We had quite a hectic day yesterday getting everything packed away from the weekend, whilst distilling and bottling etc.. We both were complaining about how cold it was.

But after messing about on the live and hearing Mue talking about scones, we got it in our heads we wanted one, so Sarah kindly dropped some off and we sat down in the afternoon with a cup of tea and ate them, bloody delicious! 

In amongst the messing about we got lots done though, started planning ahead to the weekend, not heard back from the Bakewell show so at the moment we have no idea what type of set up to take. I am hoping it's a market stall like we had at the St Georges day on Sunday, hopefully we will hear something today.

Our show calendar is constantly evolving, which is why we are looking for someone who would like to do some shows. We have had a great response and I will be responding to people today. The shows we are looking to have covered are small local ones which are inside, a simple set up on a table. 

Today is more of the same, we have both still’s on, one making vodka and one making brandy from the perry.

We are also bottling off the order for Peterborough Cathedral, so we have three different wax machines on today (I did remember to switch them on today!), black, red and green. 

Internet orders are still coming in, thank you to everyone who does place an order, we really appreciate it.
