A banquet!

Good morning

Hope you all had a good weekend, it's Monday and a new week!

As I wrote last week, it was certainly a rollercoaster week, despite the ups and downs we got to the taster night Friday in good time to get set up. It was in a primary school hall, it was a great night, I recognised some faces from previous taster nights too. We stopped at half time for some food, I have to say I have never seen so much food at one of these events and it was amazing, Gema and I were taken care of too. It was a great night, everyone really enjoyed it and they want to book another one for later in the year. We also had several enquiries on the night to book one for different villages etc. So a great night. 

I had a small farmers market to attend yesterday, Great Gransden, that went well too. I had a great time and it was a busy market.

So now its time to focus on this week, this morning will be getting unloaded and sorting stock out etc from the events before sorting out what needs to be done for the week ahead. 

Not to get carried away, but I felt like things were starting to turn for the better last week and I simply want to carry that on. No idea what challenges will present themselves but I am sure they will, they always do!

Its Easter this weekend, we have a taster night in Wells on Friday night, tickets are available if you would like to join us. 

The momentum is starting to build in the Well’s cafe too, which is great, we should hear soon when the pastries are available so we can start serving these along with the hot drinks. We will carry on with the cake bars we stock too, people really enjoy these.
